LEONARD KREUSCH SAPPHIRE SELECTION RIESLING
Produced from Riesling grapes grown in the Mosel region of Germany. After pre-clarification, cultured yeasts are added
to the grape must, which then undergoes a temperature-controlled fermentation. This type of vinification enhances the
natural fruitiness of the Riesling, which is evident in the wonderfully fresh flavors of green apple, fruity pear and hints of
grapefruit. The wine has moderate intensity with good balance and a pleasant sweetness and finishes with a hint of mineral.
Served chilled (10°C/50°F), this wine is quite versatile - excellent as an aperitif or with a host of lighter fare.
