MONTES LIMITED SELECTION CABERNET/CARMENERE
Medium-bodied, soft and generous, with a long aftertaste. Decanting is recommended at least 30 minutes before serving. It can be cellared for up to four years or enjoyed now. The earthiness and spice that is added by the Carmenère needs a rich dish. Rib roast with a juniper or currant au jus will increase the pronounced black fruit of the Cabernet-Carmenère.
