LATERAL is a medium ruby color with dusty rose edges. It has inviting notes of tart cranberry, with excellent Cabernet Franc aromas of dried tobacco leaf combined with ripe Satsuma plums. Hints of cocoa powder, cream and caramel lie underneath. A very complex and compelling nose that follows through with a perfect entry. The mouthfeel is elegant and textured with a lean, feminine structure with a slight hint of oak and a compelling finish.
